Payment Terms

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. We also offer Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. 

For international orders, we offer following payment methods:

3. Western Union/Moneygram

International Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of check-out based on the buyer's location and number of items being ordered.

Please note following terms and conditions:
- Custom duties or any sort of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).
- No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained

Delivery Terms

We offer Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery in Pakistan. We have deployed the services of Pakistan’s most trusted logistics companies with a wide delivery network for shipment purposes. Order delivery date is mentioned on the product page. Kindly refer to your desired product to check its expected delivery time.

The shipping time for customized and out of stock products would be a bit longer. Tara's team member will contact you and keep you posted on the approximate shipping time once the order is placed.

Outlier Locations

Though we use some of Pakistan’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.
